| Candidates will serve as team leaders directing the day-to-day operations of an assessment team that is responsible for evaluating the financial condition of HUD-sponsored public housing authorities. In particular, they will establish policies and procedures related to GAAP, GAGAS and REAC programs; review unaudited financial statements to identify financial risks, performance or compliance problems; and determine their compliance with GAAP, GAGAS, and HUD/REAC requirements. Must apply by July 1, 1999. Specific industry knowledge is not required.
