My Worst summer Ever - By Jessica Schappi
"Melissa,Melissa!" Called my best friend Sara from down the street. I turned my head so quickly my neck hurt. I was daydreaming again.I was thinking about my four year old little sister, she's been in the hospital for the last day. She broke her arm by clumsily falling out of the big weeping willow in our back yard. She was showing my parents how she could hang upside down by her legs, then she fell. "Melissa!" She yelled again. "Hi!" I replied. "Are you going to the camp" She said in a normal tone of voice as she got closer. "When does it start?" I asked. She was already allowed to go. I think her parents wanted her and her eight year old brother Daniel out of the house. They already sent him off to camp for eight yearolds today for two weeks. Twelve yearolds like us have to stay for almost the whole summer."My parents said I could go if they get to go every visiting day" I said excitedly. "Great!" Said Sara sounding just as excited as me. Visiting days are every two weeks. I also promised to write my mom every day."Yeah right," I muttered under my breath. "This camp is supposed to be awesome,"said Sara. "Well, I gotta go start to pack,"I said "See Ya!" I said. "I gotta pack too," She said. I dashed up my porch and ran in the door where my dad was washing off my little brother's face. Josh is only two, but my sisters broken arm impacted him the most. He used to follow her around and imitate things that she said. Almost every five minutes he asks when Melanie and mommy are going to be home. My mom and dad were at the hospital all night, so our aunt came over to watch Josh and I. Dad came home this morning, mom should be home by dinner. Josh and I went to visit Melanie last night and signed her cast. Josh drew a morphed smiley face on her cast. "Oh, Melissa when is your bus for camp coming?" asked my father. "Ten,"I replied as I dashed up the steps to pack and look at my brochure. I glanced down at the brochure lying on my queen size bed. On the cover was a picture of a willow tree obviously on a mountain. A flag pole was beside it, with campers soluting the country flag and the camps flag. I flipped on my stereo and opened the cover, it had sports activities, hiking,backpacking and canoeing. I loved nature and sports it was seroiusly perfect for me plus you got put in cabins in alphabetical order and Sara and my name begin with the same three letters it would be perfect!It had a huge swimming pool I love to swim its going to be the Best summer ever.Or so I thought! I packed almost everything of value to me our cabin better have electricity I thought. I brought all my summer clothes,Bathing suit, a sweatshirt in case,four towels,two brushes,hair dryer, alarm clock(required that doesnt sound to good) my stereo,tapes,make up hair bands and tons of sports and camping equitment(also required).Well in probably boring you any way. My straight blond hair is my life.I am kind of short but want to be a model or movie star,it may sound like I am pressy but I am not at all.I enjoy all sorts of sports and anything to do with nature. Sara is quite my opposite she is a tall quiet brunnete with a generous giving personality.Well I always have said opposites attract am I right?She is my best friend I have known her since we were babys she is thin and tall I am thin and short it has been that way for as long as I remeber I never recall a time when I could actually look down at her.My mom always reassures me all catch up to everones hieght but I am now starting to think I am a midget. "Melissa,come down for dinner" yelled my dad."coming I replied I shut my suitcase and snapped my purse and ran down the steps it turned out that melanie got home an hour later hungry. I couldn't I was so excited for camp,but also worried about my poor little sister I couldn't eat I sat there picking at my food my dad did not have any rules against it unlike my mom who scolded me for playing with or not eating all my food she used to always say in that nagging voice moms always use that dads don't"You are already to small put some meat on those bones, child.I did not mind it I was used to it at almost every dinner we had. After a few minutes I could not bear the dull conversation about nintendo64 going on between my dad and brother."May I be exscused" I asked My dad nodded.I went up to my room picked up my newphone that I got for my birthday last night and called Sara.She answered I asked her to bring tapes to camp I was not sure if we were allowed so I told her to hide them under clothes she agreed.We talked and daydreamed about camp. I heard the door open and Melanies pouty voice "It hurted bad it did mommy" she cried.I ran down stair letting my door slam."Melissa!"she said running in to my arms."Lets see the cast " I asked."Look I got the nurses to sign it" She said hapily "She even got the cashier at the gas station to sign" It said my mom."Well somebodys not shy" I said, tickling her tummy. "Mealinie!" josh cried Happily from his seat he dashed out of it as fast as his little stubby legs would carry him."Hi,Hi!" he said "Hi hi!" she replied Josh giggled lets go color in the living room" suggested Mealinie "Not so fast color on the kitchen table"Resuggested my mom. Last time our walls were a magnificent picture as Josh reffered to them. "Have you packed yet" asked my mom. "Yes I answered."Well I guess it is close to bedtime for Mealinie,Josh and you for that matter you have to wake up early to pack your lunch.Bring extra money too in case you have to call us from a pay phone Okay I said taking a crinkled ten dollar bill from my pocket and walking up to my room my mom at my heels and mealine and in my dad's arms and Josh slowly bringing up the rear. I got to my room and transferred the money to my purse. Put my suitcase and purse on the floor by my bed and set my alarm.I brushed my teeth and went to bed. My alarm went off at seven, I pulled my covers off unplugged my alarm clock and put it in my suitcase.Got dressed in black jean shorts and Tommy Hillfigure T-shirt.Brushed my hair and put it up in a sideways pony tail.I brought my suitcase down stairs put it by the door and made my lunch by nine thirty everyone was ready to say good by till two weeks on visitors day my mom cried she can be a real sissy when it comes to things like goodbye I gave my dad a hug and kissed my brother and sister on the cheek. Sara was already out at the bus stop,aboy who was occupied with his skateboard and probably did not even notice she was there. I brought my stuff out to the bus stop which now included my moms old camera I refused to use a disposable because it will fill the landfills. I walked out of my house,Waved to sara she motioned for me to come.I felt a raindrop on the back of my neck."oh great" I muttered. I forgot my umbrella. I ran back in the house and grabbed my umbrella and ran out the door.It was now really pouring. "Melissa!" said Sara struggling with her suitcase pulling her umbrella out."Hi!" I called back."Whose he?" I asked referring to the kid beside her. Sara opened her mouth to say something, and the boy cut her off. " I am Daniel,"He said "I just moved in here yesterday and my parents sent me off to camp while they unpack"He said not sounding to happy. I hate this crummy neighborhood anyway, the only reason I stay here is because my old best friend Bobby moved here a few monthes ago" He said. This may not be the best nieghborhood in the world,but it has been my home for as long as I remember and I was not about to let this kid trash my neighborhhood. "This neighborhood is my only neighborhood so don't say another word about it or you will be sorry" I said, I have a pretty short temper and am not shy so I always say what I am thinking." I talk about this dumb neighborhood all I want,all the houses are connected," He said rudely "There called town houses" interrupted Sara, shes not as out going as me.This is her neighborhood too, so she wasnot going to let some stupid dork trash it. At that moment the bus pulled up and opened it's doors.Cool we must have been the first stop. Sara and I filed on first followed by the rude boy. We sat down in the very back together he sat down in the seat next to us."Oh great we have to sit near that freak" I whispered in Sara's ear. She giggled glancing at him.He rolled his eyes. " Hey mister can you turn the radio on!" he yelled to the bus driver after a few minutes tons of kids boarded the bus at the next stop, including what must have been Daniel"s freind,Bobby.He sat down in the other back seat with Daniel. After a few minutes Bobby and daniel had the whole bus screaming for the radio and I already had, had a headache. They also seemed to enjoy annoying me. This summer didn't look like it was going to be the "best" summer ever. We stoped at the next stop. Daniel and Bobby were occupied by making faces at unsuspecting drivers. They stuck out there tongues and made monkey faces. Bobby even pretended to blow a kiss to this old lady. Luckily she had a good sense of humer a blew one back Daniel giggled and started to chant Bobby and the old lady sitting in a tree. The last time he started the chant the bus driver promised that he would turn the radio on if they would shut up. He turned the radio on and the bus was silent. I would have to put up with this the whole summer. At least they would sleep on the other side of camp. The bus was filled when we got past the last stop. " Gosh, it must be a good camp" Said Sara. I agreed silently. "Lets play sweet and sour" I suggested, I was pretty bored from talking and giggling with Sara."Yeah!" said Bobby and daniel at the same time. So all four of us played and motioned every time a big truck went by for them to beep. Some did and some did not. About an hour later we stoped for lunch. I opened my bag, I had a perfect lunch because it was packed by me.I ate cotently and traded with Sarah. I got a fruit roll up in my lunch. Daniel snatched it from me and ate it as fast as he could. I reached over stood up in the aisle and smacked him in the face."Ow" he said. "She beat you up, Ha,Ha!" said Bobby."Shut up" said Daniel punching bobby in the stomache. Then they started to play fight. Giggling Bobby punched him back. A few minutes later we pulled up to a gate that said "Willow Tree Camp" at the top of the gate."Whoa" I said. It was going to be okay after all.All I have to do is avoid the Daniel and Bobby right? Boy was I wrong. Bobby and Daniel were going the least of my worries. "Everyone stay in your seats" said the bus driver. We reluctantly stayed seated there was a bus in front of us unloading and another one behind us."Okay now you guys can get out he said opening the doors."He is not to friendly" said Daniel giggling we agreed. A woman and a man the woman in early thirtys late twentys and the man in hi thirtys. They had Camp Willow Tree shirts the woman a pink and the man a blue. They looked like they were yelling or arguing over something. The womans hair was messed up and the man had what seemed to be a scar."They don't look that nice" I exclaimed quietly as we filed off the bus quickly. "Girls over here and boys go with James she said reffering to the middle age man. The mans scar now came in to focus as a claw mark of some sort. "Look at that dudes face whispered Bobby. We all giggled he did look pretty nasty. Go and ask him what happened I said to Sara. " No way!" she replied. "I will"said Bobby. We all walked up to him."Hey mister, how'd'ya get the scar?" he asked the man didn't seemed to hear him. It was pretty loud out there with kids excitedly talking and pushing and shoving. "Mister!" he said louder. He ignored us agian!" Yo Dude!" Daniel and bobby yelled. " Go kids" he said in a mono voice. "Sumpthins up with that dude" Dan said."You mean something is strange about that man" corrected Sara, also Sara is a great english student and insists on people using apropraite english. " OOOkay" said Bobby sounding confused and irratated. "Girls come on" said the weird lady. "Now!" she yelled. "Samantha remember they are new" said James. She guided us to something called Girl Cabin #1. "Karen Andrews Michelle Antetie, Christy Areteah and Nicole athera" she said. " Unpack you things and I will be with you in a minute" She said "Next Cabin" She said referring to the other cabin about twenty five feet away. " Cabin # 2" Snaped Samantha "Melissa Bonian, Carrie Bowie, Sara Bontington, Kelly Brown" she said. "Yes!" we said and High fived."Girls I'll be back, unpack!" she snaped again. We walked in, Carrie and Kelly shared a bunk. Sara and I got a look at our bunk. I chose the bottom bunk. The matteress really had a pucid smell. I got an dresser and nightstand. We had a shower in the main batherooms in the middle of the of the girl's camp. I unpacked my clothes. Just as I plugged in my alarm clock, Samantha burst in the room. "Girls have you heard any weird noises lately" she questioned us in a nervous tone."No" I answered I must have sounded creeped out because she said that there was nothing to worry about. "Set your alarm for five thirty tomorrow." she said flatly."Why so early" asked Kelly. "Yeah" concluded Carrie."Because you are going to have a big day tomorrow" Samantha replied, " And further more you are to go to bed early tonight" she then added. "What time?" asked Sara "Promptly at eight o' clock" She replied mysteriously. Sara and I glanced at each other and then turned around to see Samantha again. Now come to the rec center where we will tell you where to go from there. "You four girls are to go swimming in the lake and then shower and be ready for dinner at exactly seven fifteen" exclaimed Samantha, As she left. "Something is really up with her" I said. "Yeah" agreed the other girls."Why does she want us to go to bed so early?" I asked Sara. "I donno" she replied. Suddenly we heard the barking of a dog a really big dog echoing off the mountian. "What was that?" asked Carrie her voice trembling." I donno" replied Kelly sounding just as scared. " I t was probably somebodys dog" said stuttered Sara. "It sounds like a big dog if it can echo off the mountain like that" I replied trying not to sound scared, but I knew my voice was trembling. " Come on lets go!" Carrie yelled." We have to tell a counceler, Samantha Somebody!" she almost screamed."Howhooo" whatever it was it was getting closer by the second." That was no dog " said Kelly. " Lets go" said Sara, "What if it is not safe out there" I asked. "Howhooo" it said agian. "lets get out of here" Carrie said. We ran as fast as we could to the rec center. We ran up to the door and burst in to a room of frightened campers. "They must have heard it to" Sara whispered. "Where is Samantha?" I asked Sara,Kelly and Carrie. "Who Knows" said Kelly. "Melissa, Melissa!" somebody yelled. I looked around the room. It was Bobby. "Did you hear those noises?" he asked. "Yeah" I replied "Wheres Daniel?" I asked. "I donno, He was in my cabin and then we ran to the rec center and I glanced behind me and he was gone" exclaimed Bobby. "Well lets go look for him!" Exclaimed Sara. "No way!" said Kelly. Carrie agreed with Kelly. I shrugged. "Okay" he said "whoever wants to come" he added. So Bobby, Sara and I were off. There was no councler there to tell us that we could not go so we ran out of the building. "Where should we go first?" I asked. "Lets go to the lake first!" replied Bobby We ran down to the lake is fast as we could calling Daniel's name as loud as we could."Something is really creepy about this camp" I said."Howhoooo" we heard the howl again even closer it was getting dark already. " What if the wo wolf go got him?" stuttered Bobby. " No, Never, Wolfs would never eat humans" I said my voice trembling" Right Sara?" I asked to confirm it. She nodded looking at her feet. I could tell she was to terrified to speak. "It's getting dark, We better hurry up" said Bobby glancing at the setting sun over the mountain. "Lets take the trail over there" he said. Sara and I agreed. We walked on the path until the sky turned dark. "It's getting dark, lets just go back to camp and tell one of those crazy counclers" I suggested turning around. No path! The path dissapered behind us." What is going on?" Bobby almost screamed in horror. "It was Just there a minute ago" said Sara looking twice as scared as me. "What are we going to do?" I asked about to scream. " I am hungry Bobby complained. "howhooo" we heard it again, it sounded like it was coming from one of the bushes to our right. "Bobby, Sara, What are we going to do" I cried. "I donno" said Bobby his face looked pale. "Boo!" yelled Daniel jumping out of the bushes. "Daniel I am going to kill you!" I screamed, he laughed "Where were you man?" said Bobby giving him a little shove back. A wierd sound came from somewhere around a growl or something. Daniel had a wierd look on his face. "I was running behiond you and tripped and you were so far ahead of me I decided to play a trick on you because I knew you would come looking for me" He said this slowly in a deep mysterouis voice not sounding like him at all."Okay dude, cool it with the wack voice" said Bobby who must have also noticed it. Daniel Shrugged. "Well now what are we going to do?" I asked. "Yeah were lost hungry and it is getting dark now we are going to get in trouble for going out after dark" Sara complained. Bobby sat down on a rock, and stuck his hand in his pocket trying to fish something out of the pocket. He fished out a half of candybar. "Share!" I complained. "Come on you have to have something in that little bookbag of yours" Suggested Bobby. I sat down on a log and opened my bookbag, I had tic tacs, gum and another fruit roll up, tissues and a brush plus a battery powered fan and towel. I also had my bathing suit. Since I was planning to Swim which happens to be my favorite sport."See" said Bobby. "I gotta go to the batheroom" complained Daniel. "Well go " suggested Bobby, "Not when were around!" I said. "It is getting dark" said Bobby "just go out in to the woods" he added. " It's not that simple" he said." I need toliet paper" he added. "Ew" Said Sara and Me at the same time. "Give him the tissues" suggested Bobby." No way!" I yelled putting them in my purse. "Look its a full moon " said Sara. "Just give them to him" Said Bobby again getting irritated. Suddenly Daniels eyes got huge and started glowing red."Here" I said tossing him the tissues. He grabbed them and dashed in to the woods. "Whats with him?" I asked Bobby. "I dunno, he has been acting wierd ever since he got out of the bushes." he replied. "Howhoooo" We heard the shrill howl echoeing in the bushes."I figured something out" screamed Sara. "He is a werewolf!" she screamed even louder. We gasped in horror as a wolf teared out of the bushes with Daniel's peace necklace around his neck. "Run!" screamed Bobby. Sara and I ran after him the werewolf seemed to follow closely. He growled, it was now pitch black outside except the bright fullmoon shining down on us. We ran in the bushes. The werewolf stopped short in his tracks. "he lost our sent" whispered Bobby. "Shhh" Sara whispered back. He passed the bush and charged out in to the woods. We stayed put for a few minutes and then cautiously creeped out of the bushes. "Daniel is not a werewolf" said Bobby. "How do you explain the necklace" asked Sara. Bobby shrugged all of us were trembling with fear. Daniel could not be a werewolf. I checked my watch it was almost midnight I could not belive it."You guys, its almost midnight" I said."What are we going to do?" questioned Bobby. "We don't know where we are and are starving". Sara took a soda out of her backpack. "You want some" Sara asked me I nodded and took a sip. "I am thirsty too" complained Bobby.We passed him the soda. "I think we should stay here overnight" I suggested."What if he comes back" asked Sara. " We can sleep in the bush" I suggested." Okay agreed Sara and Bobby at the same time. We walked in the bush. I took out my towel to lay on and placed my bathing suit over my book bag. I layed down."Comfortable?" asked Bobby sarcasticly. "Ha ha" I said sarcasticly too. Sara used her bookbag and towel too. Bobby took off his shirt and used it as a pillow. Sara and I laughed at his pitiful bed."Hey the werewolf will turn back to a human, Daniel in the morining" said Bobby. "maybe everything will be back tonormal " I suggested. But when I get back to camp I am still calling my mom to tell her to pick me up" said Sara sleepily. She THOUGHT that we would get back to camp the next day and everything was going to be okay. GUESS AGAIN!! We all managed to live the night through. But in the morning we had a huge dissapointment. Nothing was back to normal and it was going to be another full moon that night. I was starving when I woke up. I ate all of my tic tacs and licked all the sugar off my gum wrappers. I was still starving but had sweet breath. I got my brush and brushed my hair through a few times. " Do you think that the werewolf is still out?" asked Bobby. "Probably not, There is no moon out right?" we stepped out of the tent. No moon. That was good. But then I relized nothing was back to normal we were still lost and there was another full moon tonight. I knew because for some reason the camp had all the full moons for the summer on a big poster at the rec center. It all came together.The counclers were acting so jumpy, made us go to bed early, the poster in the rec center,Severe punishments for being out after dark. Everything. Even Samantha messy hair and tattered clothes and the scar on James's face. When I told Bobby and Sara this they thought about it and relized it to. "I guess I am not the only brains out of all us" she said giggling. That made me feel proud to figure something out like that. "Hey I just relized something to" said Bobby. " Why are they not looking for us?" countinued Bobby."Yeah" I said. "I just want to go home." I added."So do I " said Sara and Bobby at the same time. "Hey, there has to be more than one werewolf" I said "because the on that must have bit Daniel and now Daniel." I added. "There is probably a big herd of them." said Bobby. "Help!" I heard someone yell we looked around to see where it was coming from. It was coming from the very top of a tree above our bush.We climbed up the tree to see what was calling our name. "no way!" said Sara as she got up to the top first followed by Me and then Bobby ."What" we asked. "It is us" we heard a female voice. It was Samantha and James who were up in the tree. They were tied up I saw as I got closer."Who did this to you?" I asked. "untie us first" said James. Sara and I untied them and we all climbed down the tree."So what happened ?" I asked, when everyone was out of the tree. "Your friend Daniel got bit by a werewolf and tied us up right before he transformed." they said. "We thought you already clued that something was wrong at this camp and that Daniel turned in to a werewolf." added Samantha. We confessed to knowing. " we try to keep it from our campers because the werewolfs scare away customers." said Samantha. "And thats how I got this scar" confessed James. "Last summer the werewolf got a camper and we chased after it so it clawed my face." he said. "So what do you think we should do about Daniel it is going to be another full moon tonight? " asked Bobby. "You have to drive a steak through his heart and it has to be somebody he cares about" answered Samantha. "No way!" said Bobby. " This is a sick camp!" he screamed."Make one of the girls do it" he exclaimed. "He does not care about us!" I defended myself."Will he come back to his normal self?"asked Bobby. "No" James answered solomnly. "No way, I am going to kill my best friend" Reported Bobby. "Then your life and hundreds of inocent campers are going to be at risk." said Samantha. "Just leave him alone!" Bobby said let him do what he wants" said Bobby. "I don't care if he is a werewolf or not he is my bestfriend and you cant make me kill him" added Bobby. "Look kid, It was amazing you survived the night!" Samantha said. "And it is garrentuied that you will not survive the night." added James. "I want to just go home" said Bobby tears in his eyes. "You can't just tell him to kill another human bean" I agreed feeling sorry for him with his hystarics. I did not Blame him. "I want to go home" bobby wailed in horror." I am sorry we may not permit that to happen." Samantha said."You are putting innocent lives in danger" said James. "What would happen if you killed him" he asked with an attitude. "He wont die and he will kill us"said James. "Just do it" said Sara. "okay, this might not be a big deal to you, but what if you had to kill Melissa" he asked. "She would not be stupid enough to get bit" Sara replied. "Yeah" I agreed rudely. "I am not going to do it now take us back to camp!" he ordered. "We cannot permet that" said Sara. "escuse me" I said. "My parents paid for this camp" I said. "Well until he kills the werewolf you guys are not leaving and if he does not kill him before the full moon you are not going to survived the night." they said, Samantha nudged James and they ran in to the woods as fast as they could. Bobby ran after them but he was not near as fast as they were. "look!" said Sara. "They left the stakes" she said. " you can still kill him and we can survive the night" I said to bobby when he returned. " I am so sorry you guys I just can not do it, I have never killed another human being before and what if I go to jail?" he asked. "James and Samantha will figure some story up like he was lost in the woods" Sara said "and they will never find the body, they will only find the wolf's body" I said I might not sound to sympathtic but inside I was very disturbed by this sick idea, but unlike Sara I was not in tears, even Bobby was nearly in tears. I was starving. I needed something to eat."I am hungry" I said. "Leave it to her to think of food during a time like this." said Bobby in tears now."This is crazy lets Just start walking" suggested Sara. "If we could walk far enough we might be able to find our way out of the woods not killed and not having to kill" I added. "Yeah" said Bobby reluctantly with no hope in his voice at all. "Well do you have a better?" Idea I questioned. "Please let me be alone for awhile I have a crewshal desision that I Have to make or everyone will die" said Bobby. "So it is either me living in regret for the rest of my life for killing another human being or dieing myself and you dieing" He said starting to sob. I had never seen a boy cry that hard besides my little Brother. "suit yourself " Sara said as we started to walk. About a half an hour later we saw our stuff and our bush. We had ended up in a big circle! "What the heck happened!" yelled Sara. "Even the woods are messed up it looks as if they are trying to keep us here" I added. "Wait a minute! Where is Bobby?" I asked scared to death. He was supposed to be here!"He left us!" I cried. "The chicken could not make the desision so he bailed I said! "A chicken Huh? asked a voice coming from the bush . Sara and I glanced at each other. Bobby amerged from the bush."You scared us to death!"Sara cried. "apoligize!" I demanded. "I think you guys should be the ones to apoligize" he complained. Sara rolled her eyes and groaned. " Sorry" she muttered. "What? I can not hear you!" he said loudly. "Sorry!" We chouresed. "Have you made up your mind?" I asked. "No!!" he said loudly. We sighed. "Why are you so anxious nobody asked you to kill your friend" He snapped. "Well we were just wondering if we are going to survive the night!" I snapped back angrily. "Look it is already getting dark and pretty soon the moon is going to be in the sky and we are all going to be ripped apart like shredded wheat!" I complained. After a few minutes of argueing the moon was halfway up."Look, the moons almost full make up your mind or those stakes are going to be jabbed in to your heart!"yelled Sara reaching for the stakes I knew she would not do it but she was just as impatient as me which is unusual. Hooowhooooooo! we heard on the mountain. I glanced up at the sky sure enough the moon was up in the sky full. "Bobby make up your mind NOW!!!" I demanded. I did not mean to sound so inconciderate but when your life is at risk you are not going to be as conciderate to others as you might think. Howhoooooooo! I heard it again but now closer. We heard it again and again each time it seemed closer. Howhoooooo! we heard it again this time it seemed to be right behind us. We spun around Sara started to cry as she turned around first the Bobby started to twice as hard. But I beat them by far with a high pitch scream when I turned around. I gaped in horror. The woof was huge! It pounced and landed a few feet away from Bobby. I grabbed the steaks and tossed them to him that made him wail even harder. "Do it!" I screamed "DO IT!" I screamed again. The wolf pounced on him. He wressled it. It made an attempt to bite him in the face but He dodged it and grabbed the steaks and stabbed the werewolf in the heart just as it bit him. The wolf died at the steak. Sara and I ran up to Bobby screaming. "are you okay!" He did not answer. The bright yellow moon beamed down on his face. His muddy face started to grow hair. His teeth transformed in to fangs his hand grew to a enormous size. "What the hechowooooooo!" he howled at the moon and pounded off in to the woods. I grabbed the wooden steaks it was going to be a long night!
