Health Mushroom 101

Ganoderma Lucidum is the scientific name for Reishi Mushrooms, and considered King of Herbs

My Personal Health History by Bill Worline
September 2004 thru October 2005

Independent Gano Excel Distributor
In September 1999; I was diagnosed with type II diebeties; my gluclose level at that time was 409. I was put on gliburide, eventual dosage was 5 MG, was twice a day. This brought my gluclose levels down to the 250-259 range. Very seldom did my gluclose levels go below 200. Even when the readings were taken first thing in the morning before ingesting any food or drink.

After three plus years of just the Gliburide my Dr. also put me on Metformin 500MG, (Febuary 2003); one in the morning and one in the evening; my gluclose levels dropped to the 150 range and I began to loose weight; nothing drastic maybe 10-15 lbs. over a two month period. I was also exersizing every morning by walking about two miles.
The second month after begining the Metformin my Dr. took me off, of the Metformin saying he saw something he did not like taking place in my liver.
At the time (March 2004) I was a bit upset as I believed the Metformin to be working great for me; feeling better, loosing weight and my gluclose levels dropping; what more could I ask for?
I returned to just taking the Gliburide and my levels again jumped up into the 250 range, I have talked to many diebetics who have much higher gluclose levels and just accepted the fact that this was my level.

On August 28th. 2004; while on vacation I became very sick, and continued to be sick well after my return (two weeks later)
Not happy with the care I thought I was recieving from my present doctor; I changed Dr.'s my new younger doctor began to look into my gluclose levels, which were at 428 the first day he saw me, ( I had ran out of my gliburide while on vacation)
IMMEDIATELY he put me put on insulin injections, starting out at 15 units once in the morning, and 15 units in the evening to begin with.
As my gluclose levels began to drop more units were added, to get me closer to the normal gluclose range; eventually 40 units in the morning and 40 units in the evening were settled on as my dosage.
My gluclose levels; finally leveled off and now were in the 150 range. Still above the 90 to 115 NORMAL RANGE.
However I was still very sick and loosing weight, futher tests resulted in my being diagnosed with cancer of the liver, in November of 2004. After much testing and many different special Dr.'s I was sent to the Univerisity of Washington; in Seattle Wa. to a liver cancer specalist; and schedueled for sugery on Febuary 10th 2005; using "Radio Wave Ablation" technology to rid me of the cancer.
I had a very rough time waking up I could not breath, and somewhere lost 3 1/2 hours between recovery and my privite room where I finally awoke.
The wife and my folks were getting a little worried as they had been told I was out of sugery and they should be able to see me in an hour; they also waited the three and a half hours before seeing me.
That was just the begining of my nightmare of recovering from this operation, many complications followed, some that are just to graphic to repeat here, among some of the problems were the pain in the liver; preexisting pain from nerve damage of the diebeties (exposed nerve endings in the shoulderblade area)extensive irregularity, and pain from injuring myself after sugery by ripping the inner lining on my torso's left side, damaging even more nerves and muscles, plus a sprained section of intestion.
In September 2004 before I became sick; I weighed 255 lbs. In June 2005; 10 months later I was down to 186.5 lbs. and on a strict liquid diet, and still loosing weight.
I was in a LOT of pain, I could not work, it was all I could do to get on the computer to answer family email, most times I could not even finish that task as my back would just be on FIRE!
I could not eat, the pain was just to intense as the food would pass through the sprained intestion area, and swelled it up into a second stomac
I could not ride in the car, every little bump was a new experience in shooting pain throughout my whole torso.
I could not sleep lieing down and had to sleep propted up on the end of the couch leaning against a wall.
I was becoming weaker and weaker from no exersize; if I did have to go to a Dr. appointment my lower legs ached from what little walking I had to do from the car to the elevator to the Dr.'s office and back.
MY ONLY PARTIAL RELIEF was to sit on the couch with my back pressed into a heating pad and not move, I could read if I turned the pages slowly and gently to avoid the sharp shooting pains in my armpit and breast; I read everything I own and have collected over the years with the intention of reading some day. Believe me I have a very extensive libary related to my many interests in work and hobbies.
This was my existance from Febuary untill May at which time I was introduced to

GANO COFFEE.

MY INTRODUCTION TO GANO COFFEE PRODUCTS

A very close friend made me a cup of Gano Mocha, I was not really sold on the taste from that first cup.
He told me this was a new business venture he was getting into and was very excited about it; He also told me a little about the health benifits Gano had to offer. I was a little sceptical about mushrooms in my coffee, not any normal ingredient associated with my regular two pots of coffee per day, for the past twenty plus years.
I have never been a real health nut or one to try every new health product that comes along; as a matter of fact I have never tried any of the health products in the past except an occational vitiman which I still have bottle's of unfinished pills in my cabinet.
The close friend left me some other Gano Mocha samples of the coffee, which sat in the cupboard for a couple more weeks, one morning wanting a quick cup of coffee I made another cup of Gano as I waited for my first pot of coffee to finish; at that point (2nd cup of Gano) I decided I liked the Mocha taste at least. Over the next few weeks I finished the samples and decided to buy a box of the Mocha.
Again I was not very diligent about drinking the Gano coffee, it was only a 15 day supply and I took a month to finish it and at that my friend helped. I order another couple of boxes and my friend gave me a box for my birthday. I soon found myself making a cup of the Gano every morning while waiting for my pot of coffee to finish, because of the convience ( hot water; add the packet and stir)
My FIRST notice of any change's were when I got up one morning to make my coffee and felt different than I usually felt when I woke up, light headed sort of.
I checked my gluclose level (remember I am still injecting 40 units of insulin twice a day)
My gluclose level was clear down to 58 a VERY DANGEROUS LEVEL, at this point a person can go into what they call a diebetic coma, much like a blackout drinkers have. Luckly I was well informed enough to know not to continue with the insulin.
I called my doctors office and reported to the nurse what was going on, the doctor got back to me later that morning and indeed told me, no more insulin, and watch my gluclose levels very closely for the next few days.
AND WHAT was going on to produce this situation? I told him I did not know but maybe the weight loss had something to do with these results, he said "I never heard of such a thing" (I have)

Within two days my gluclose level had gone back up to around 115 the very top of the normal scale. Levels are always higher after you eat, mine are running around 136 one hour after eating; totally acceptable. First thing in the morning before ingesting anything my levels are running 109 CONSISTANTLY. Totally Normal!

I have not had any insulin, gliburide or any medication to surpress diebeties in three months. I have not stopped drinking the Gano Coffee to see if my levels go back up, I am not that brave. If it works I am not going to change anything. (never kick a sleeping dog)

At about the same time I also began to be able to get away from the couch for a few hours at a time and do some small things around the house, cleaning mostly; eventually being able to clean the garage, clean my shop ect. small things a little at a time.
Soon I notice I am drinking two cups of the Gano first thing in the morning and skipping the regular coffee all-to-gether.
My energy levels are getting better, I am working all day and into the evening. I am able to get back onto the computer answer emails and even get a little work done (advertizing) PLUS I have my FOCUS BACK this is something I have been loosing for the past few years (age) I am able to constrate and complete tasks that have been impossible this past year. And actually feel I accomplished something for the day, in my aloted eight hours, rather than feeling their is never enough time in a day for me.

I hope this is detailed enough for you to get the idea of what I have been through and what I believe gano has done for me.
I usually get emotional at this point when telling this story to a group or just one person, I have never been an emotional kind of person, always wearing the John Wayne facade.
I truley believe I would still be sitting on that couch looking for my next book to read if it were not for my friend; caring enough to come to my rescue with his new knowledge. Which by the way he had heard of great results with gano on people much like me, who had medical/physical problems; he never told me, about the results he had heard of, he just waited for me to begin seeing results before he told me what he already had witnessed.
He was so HAPPY the morning I called him and told him my gluclose levels were back to normal and the only change I had made in my routine was his coffee.
That aspect alone; of passing along the coffee and seeing such positive results in others with problems that get results; is the most rewarding to all of us in our group.. And none of the results are always exactly the same for everyone, their are no promise's here.

I also wanted to add here, my immeadiate family saw what I was going through, all the pills/treatments the doctors & specialists were giving me with little or no results. They have also witenessed the changes in my activity since I began drinking the Gano coffee on a regular basis.

MY MOTHERS RESULTS AFTER DRINKING JUST ONE GANO CLASSIC COFFEE PER DAY FOR THREE WEEKS. (actually 20 days)

My Mother has had high blood pressure and heart problems for the past twenty years, she started drinking the gano about three weeks ago and just started drinking two cups a day this past week. She had a doctors appointment this past friday,; her blood pressure was 117/70 (teenager) this is very very good for her; the doctor said if it goes down to 110/ she need to STOP taking her blood pressure pills (which one's I am not sure she takes many; about $500.00 worth per month) the doctor also told her her colestrol levels were down.
Some of the other elderly ladies and gentelman who live in her retirement community are taking notice of my mother's health as well as my results and starting to ask questions, get information, as well as order Gano..

I have just started to get involved with promoting Gano products and learning of the opportunity end of this company so please forgive my approch to informing others of the TOTAL benifits of Gano.

WEEKLY UPDATES OF OUR GANO EXPERIENCE

May 18, 2005; my lowest weight before begining Gano Coffee, 186.5 pounds, as a senior in high school I weighed 209 pounds. I am now 58 years old, and was over weight all of my life.

July 21, 2005 I weigh 192.5 lbs. Since starting the Gano regulary, (two coffee's a day) I have gained 6 lbs. and have stayed at this weight for about two weeks.

Update Aug. 29, 2005 at 7:30pm gluclose level 136; also just weighed myself 201.5 Thank you Jesus!!

I will try to keep this page up to date with the GOOD results I personally see in myself; my family & friends.

October 25,2005
Nothing major has changer since last month for me, I am still using no medication for my diebeties, my gluclose levels are still normal. By no means is my diebeties cured or gone; damage to my right eye (cateract) is still noticable to me, (blurred vision).
Major Neuropathy in my right foot and back still require treatment and has been an ongoing problem for over a year before I was introduced to Gano, however their are times I believe it is becoming tolerable. (wishfull thinking?) Slight Neuropathy in my left foot still bothers me at night when I am least active. At this time it does not seem to be getting WORSE!! only time will tell which way this could go. At this time I am at least not bothered with Neuropathy in my hands, again only time will tell on that to.
I continue to be more active and able to work, get daily chores done and work at my woodworking hobby on the weekends provided some family function has not been planned.

MY ADDED OCTOBER BONUS:

The business end of Gano has started to pay me WELL I could have made triple the profits this month if I were greedy person. You can email me for proof if you are still not convinced.
Thank you too all who are buying their products thru me (#8065756) and those who have decided to join the Gano team as independent Distributors.

Good news for Mother for October

Her primary Dr. has dropped two of her "Clonidine" pills per day; two weeks ago she now only has to take one in the morning and one in the evening, as opposed to the four "Clonidine" per day she has been taking for the past two years for her "High Blood Pressure.
She has suffered from high blood pressure for 20 years with her high blood pressure medications being adjusted (more pills) about every two to three years: When they no longer control her HB problem.

Her Colesterol levels still remain lower than usuall. Mom is using one cup of gano per day, this month she says she will also try the Gano tea..
